ABC WORK PERMITS, RENEWAL OF TAXI DRIVER'S LICENSE, FIREARMS
APPLICANTS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN FINGERPRINTED AND HAVE AN
SBI NUMBER, PEDDLER PERMITS AND ALL OTHER MUNICIPAL
LICENSES/PERMITS.
YOU MUST CONTACT
THE ABC/PERMITS OFFICE AT 201-858-6939 OR BY PERSONALLY
APPEARING AT THE ABC OFFICE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE ONLINE FORM

Navigate through
the following prompts:

enter "NJ0090100" (all
zeros)
Confirm that "Bayonne PD" appears

Reason (choose
one of the following two (2) categories)
1. N.J.S 2C:58-3 Purchase of Firearms:
F.I.D. cards and Purchase Permits
S.B.I Number must be entered for Firearm
background check or application will be
rejected.
2. Local Ordinance: A.B.C. Work Permit,
Taxi Driver's License and all other Municipal
Permits and Licenses. In the "Description
Box", enter appropriate category ("ABC",
"TAXI" or "PERMIT"). For ABC work
permits, also note the establishment name in the
"Description Box".

Checkout and
select payment method. Credit Cards or
Electronic Checks may be used. A $20.00
fee will be charged.

Upon verification of payment
and completion of the form, the applicant will receive an
email Confirmation & Receipt that will include a
confirmation number. Note this confirmation number and
submit it with your application to the ABC/Permits Office.
